Come and join us for another fantastic weekend of surfing!
We’ve got you covered with great surf spots, super coaches, lovely accommodation and tasty food!
Let’s get together and get this surfing thing mastered!
25th – 26th of November 2017
Who can join?
Anyone can join our winter coaching weekend. Don’t worry about your surfing level, we’ll have a good mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced surfers and will group you with folk of similar experience. If you need surf equipment just give us a shout when you’re booking!
Who’s teaching me to surf better?
- Lee Wood – Narosa’s head surf coach.
- Dylan Carney – 3 x Irish longboard champion
- Gearoid McDaid – Irish professional surfer and Irish national open mens champion.
Cost for the weekend is €95 pp for surf coaching.
€25 pp per night for hostel or for holiday home rental (based on 4+ sharing). There is also the option of a good local B&B at €40 per night. Get in touch to get more info on this if required.
Group dinner is €20pp for the three course option and is a hearty feed! Lunches you’ll need to buy but we’ve some great spots to go which aren’t too dear.
Where do we surf?
For those who have been up in Dunfanaghy we have a fantastic range of beaches to suit all levels. The surf is very consistent up here on small and large swells. We have beaches and points that face from south west to east so even in strong winds and in varying swell directions we’ll have a spot that will work well for coaching.
Afternoon/evening: Meet at the Narosa shop for those who have booked accommodation and we’ll get you checked in and orientated for the weekend.
7 PM: Meet and greet at the Whiskey fly Bar Dunfanaghy to meet the coaches and other surfers on the weekend.
