We are looking for a Retail Store Manager, Surf School Operations Manager, surf instructors and a marketing wizard! Appropriate candidates should have a love of the ocean, be keen to surf and want live in a picturesque town a stone’s throw from the best breaks in Europe.

Shop Manager


Retail experience is a must in this role. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised with a real passion for product and sales. We are looking for someone to be a prominent member of the team and first point of contact for many customers who enter the Narosa Shop.

You will be managing not only the shop floor and retail staff and sales but planning product drops, colour ways and exploring new product ideas to maximise our sales throughout the year.


A good manager of your day, ability to schedule a task and get it done. We are looking for someone who thrives in busy environments and is able to motivate their team to build a positive dynamic working towards some shared goals. You should be Conscious of fashion and take care in your own appearance. If you have an appreciation for aesthetics that’s a real plus in this role.

Surf School Operations Manager


We are looking for an experienced surf coach to manage our surfing operations at Narosa. This involves managing our surf school staff and all surfing lessons from beginner to advanced classes.

A major part of the role will be forecasting and understanding local beach dynamics, you will be trained thoroughly in this however a solid level of surfing and forecasting is necessary. You will be responsible each day of selecting appropriate conditions for the scheduled lessons based on the forecast and beach observation. Ability to anticipate surf conditions with tide, wind and swell changes must become second nature to you to deliver great surf experiences.


High energy and a positive and balanced emotional outlook is essential to this role. Our customers are here to switch off and enjoy themselves, you will help deliver this experience. Ideally you are someone who can bring energy and a fresh outlook to your work and the customers, focusing on the amazing location and privilege we have being able to spend time surfing.

Organisation and communication skills are imperative in this role and you will be expected to demonstrate previous experience in these areas.

Media Wizard


We are looking for someone with a real flair for generating interesting and visually exciting content for our social media. You should know your way around a camera and be on the pulse with the latest social media trends with a view to capturing and sharing the experience and product we have to offer.

You will be expected to liaise with the Narosa directors and our designer to implement a marketing strategy and stay on target for our goals in 2020.
You will be integral in building new relationships and promoting surf packages to new and existing customers. The ability to get good rapport with people whether it’s in a professional, corporate or relaxed family environment is essential. We aim as a business to create new relationships with other enthusiastic companies to create a dynamic environment to grow in.


Self motivated, enthusiastic on social media platforms and in creating new products in the surf market and new business relationships for Narosa.

A good understanding of the surf and or tourism sector is important.
