Returns & Exchanges Policy

We put a lot of care & attention to detail into our products, so we hope you will be happy with your Narosa purchase. If for any reason you might want to exchange your product, you have the right to return all purchases within 14 days of receipt.

 

What can be returned?

You can return your purchase at your own cost, if the product

  • is unused / unworn
  • is returned in its original packaging
  • has all its original tags still on
  • if apparel, the product should not carry any strong odour, stains or hairs when returned.

⚠   Gift vouchers and surfing vouchers are non-refundable.
⚠   Sale items are non-refundable. You can exchange your item for another size or colour if available or request store credit.

 

How do I return an item?

Please download and fill in our Returns & Exchanges Form (preferably filled in on the computer) and send it along with all items you wish to return to:

 

Narosa, Main Street, Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal, Ireland.

 

Our stock levels can run low quickly during busy times in the high season, so if you are looking for a replacement item please understand if we can’t guarantee that we will have your desired replacement product in stock. You can send us an email before you return your product, so we can put aside your replacement item until your return gets to us.

 

Refund / Open balance

Once we received your return we will exchange the product or issue a refund to your original form of payment within 2 working days.
We will send you an invoice for any open balance if the new items exceed your initial payment. The new products will be shipped once we received payment. If your replacement costs less than the returned product, we will issue you a shop credit.

 

Faulty items

If for any reason you received a faulty or wrong item, please get in touch via mail to info@narosalife.com so we can arrange an exchange or refund.
