Tramore Walk
An incredible stretch of beach with wonderful views of Horn head, and the islands including Toriagh. You can really stretch your legs here with kilometres of rugged coastline to walk. The surf here is fantastic for the more experienced. Make sure and catch this beach at sunset, it’s a sight you won’t forget too soon!
Killyhoey Beach
Killyhoey right in the town of Dunfanaghy is wonderful. Views of Horn head to the west, Port na Blagh to the east and Muckish mountain to the south enclose this blue flag beach. Top tip, drag yourself up for sunrise and watch the first light in summer rise out of the ocean by Port na Blagh. You can sleep when you’re in the box!
Falcarragh Back Strand
