Lee loves the sea, hence a lifelong dedication to surfing and spending time in and around the beach. Narosa is the best way he can think of to share this passion. He keeps the rest of us in check by steering the overall vision and development of Narosa.

Jude joined Narosa as Digital & Graphic Designer overseeing the website, print and apparel collections. With an eye for detail, she’s a master of taking practical concepts and making them beautiful, steering the overall brand voice of the company.

Duncan is stoked on providing quality coaching and specialises in equipment selection. He’s passionate about progression in surfing, and has taught lots of regular customers since they were kids.

Ross joined the Narosa coaching team in 2019. He first picked up a surfboard at a mate’s birthday party and has been hooked ever since. After initially trying to figure out surfing by himself, he soon realised the progression that came when he sought out coaching at Narosa.

Adam first picked up a surfboard at the age of 17 and has since then been totally committed to developing his surfing. Having studied Outdoor Education, he’s an expert at coaching and introducing customers to all that the ocean has to offer.
