What you’ll be doing

The Role

 

  1. Report directly to the Directors to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations across all areas of Narosa—surf school, café, shop, and accommodation.
  2. Lead by example with warmth, approachability, and a can-do attitude, building strong relationships with the team and our loyal customers.
  3. Set the tone with the non-negotiables: punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and organisation. You’re the standard-bearer for excellence.
  4. Ensure all aspects of the business are immaculate—from the surf school equipment to the presentation of the café and accommodation—leaving customers impressed every step of the way.
  5. Be fully invested in supporting a hardworking, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Respect the systems in place, but always look for ways to innovate and improve.
  6. Take full ownership of your role, tackling challenges head-on and consistently striving to elevate the Narosa experience.
